5. That the Wife shall obtain medical insurance for the
minor children of the parties through her employer and that the
Husband shall reimburse to the Wife the cost of said insurance. In
the event the Wife is unable to secure such medical insurance for
the children, the Husband shall obtain adequate medical insurance to
provide for said minor children.
6. That the Husband shall commence paying child support in
the amount of $25.00 per week per child on October 24, 1980. Each
payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted
promptly to CINDY LEE SZI?J.AY. In addition, there is hereby assessed
the sum of $2.00`as statutory costs to be added to each payment made
to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or
cashier's. check. Both parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of the
Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times
while this Order is in effect.
7. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto is
retained for the _entry of such further orders as may be proper.
