MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AND SPREAD AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, ROBERT L. SCHWEIGFR~ a single adult, did on
July 25, 1975, make, execute and deliver a certain mortgage deed
to FIRST FEDERAL SA4INGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE, a
corporation organized and existing under the laws of the United
States of America, which mortgage was recorded in O. R. Book 242
at page 1348 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
and which mortgage deed encumbered certain real property in St.
Lucie County, Florida, described as follows:
Lots 15 and 15A, Block 508,- PORT ST. LUCIE,
SECTION 10, as recorded in Plat Aook 12, pages
49A thru 49G of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida -
as security for an original principal debt of $37,300.00 evidenced
by a promissory note, which promissory note was set out in said
- mortgage deed; and-
WHEREAS, the mortgagor has requested of -the mortgagee
a release as to Lot 15, above described, and has agreed to
substitute therefor the following:
Lot 16, Block 508, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION 10,
as recorded in Plat Book 12, pages 49A thru 49G,
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida
and
WHEREAS, the mortgagor and mortgagee have mutually agreed
that said mortgage shall be modified and amended so as to
spread the lien of the mortgage to Lot 16 and release it
as to Lot 1 S ,

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing
.and other good and valuable considerations and mutual covenants
and promises herein made and the sum of One Dollar ($1.00)
II each to the other in hand paid, ROBERT L. SCIIWEIGER, joined
by his present spouse, CYNTHIA SCHULMAN, and his mother, a widow, f
HELENE SCHWEIGER, hereinafter called the Mortgagor, and FIRST
j FEDERAL SAVIP~GS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF F(1R`!' PIF,RCE, hereinafter
called the Mortgagee, agree as follows: -

E 1. That the mortgage deed dated July 25, 1975 and
-recorded in O. R. Book 242 at page 1348 of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, shall be modified and amended so
that the description of the property encumbered by said mortgage
shall be as follows:
Lots 15A and 16, Block 508, PORT ST. LUCIE
SECTION 10, as recorded in Plat Book 12, payes 6
49A thru 49G of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida. `
