COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
Re: The East 36 feet of Lot 6, and all of Lot 7, Block 5,
RUHLMAN SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof
on file in Plat Book 9, page 55, public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida -
On this day, before me, the undersigned authority, personally
appeared A. K. HOCKADAY who, upon first being by me duly cautioned
and sworn, did depose and say:
1. That he has personal knowledge of the facts stated herein.
2. That he is acquainted with that certain individual named
James E. Martin who, together with Nina J. Rodgers, executed and
delivered a certain mortgage deed to First Federal Savings and Loan
Associatio of Fort Pierce, said mortgage bearing date October 15, 1980,
recorded in O. R. Book 341 at page 79 of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, and which mortgage encubmers the above
described real property.
3. That the above-named 'James E. Martin became a resident
of Florida in the year 1973 and that prior to that year, the said
James E. Martin was a resident of Ashtabula, Ohio.
4. That the above-named James E. Martin is not one and the
same person as the James Martin described in certain Notices of
Lien filed on behalf of Fort Pierce Memorial Hospital during the
year 1970, said notices being recorded in O. R. Book 188, page 1169;
O. R. Book 185, page 2343; O. R. Book 184, page 1299; and
O. R. Book 187, page 2475, respectively.
