HomeMy WebLinkAbout0697 ADDENDUM TO LEASE BETWEEN ADAMS RANCH, INC., a Florida corporation, as LESSOR; and HERMAN A. HEISE, as Lessee, dated StPttH/i!R ~ p , 1980. 1. Lessor agrees to fence the premises demised hereby. 2. Lessee agrees to provide a survey for the demised premises and to .pay all real estate taxes thereon during the lease term. " 3. The prohibition against assignment made apart of this lease shall be fully effective as to Lessee and all others acquiring interest by, through or under Lessee. Such prohibition, however, is specifically agreed not to be effective or binding upon any institutional mortgagee of Lessee or those acquiring interest by, through, or under'such institutional mortgagee. 4. Any default in payment of the obligation secured by any institutional mortgage given by Lessee, or others holding interest under him, or any other breach by Lessee of the covenants and conditions contained in such institutional mortgage, shall be a default hereunder. 5. Lessee, for himself, his successors or assigns, covenants to and with Lessor to fully maintain and care for any improvements constructed by him upon the demised premises and to deliver up the same at the expiration of the lease term. During said lease term, said improvements shall be insured by Lessee and those holding under him, at their highest-insurable value. STATE OF F1,ORIDA I ~ COUNTY OF ST.
