Road 68, thence run North 89°57 West along said centerline 334.63
feet, thence run South 00°03' West 100 feet to a point on the
southerly right of way o~ State Road 68 and the point of beginning;
thence continue South 00°03' West 249.42 feet, thence run North
89°57' West 175 feet, thence run North 00°03' East 249.42
feet to a point on the southerly right of way of State Road
68, thence run South 89°57' East along said right of way
175 feet to the Point of Beginning.
By agreement of Mortgagor and Mortgagee on file with
Mortgagee, the within mortgage secures not only an
existing indebtedness, by also ADVANCES to be HERE-
; AFTER made by Mortgagee to Mortgagor, the aggregate
of which will equal the principal amount specified
~ in the promissory note secured hereby.
The above described real property is subject to that certain Lease
~ by and between ADAMS RANCH, INC., Lessor, and HERMAN A. HEISE, Lessee,
specifying a term of seventy-five (75) years, dated September 18, 1980,

of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Adams Ranch, Inc. joins in the execution of these presents for the sole
purpose of subordinating its fee simple title in and to the above
described real property to the lien and operation of this mortgage, and
in no wise shall its execution and joinder herein be construed as an
undertaking to pay the indebtedness hereby secured, which is the sole
~ obligation of Herman A. Heise.
