thence continue Northeasterly to a point on the West shore
of the Indian River, said point being the Northeast corner
of the parcel herein described; thence return to the point
of beginning; from said point of beginning run Northeasterly
to a point on the West right of way line of South Indian River
Drive, said point being 100 feet Northwesterly of the North
line of the South 100 feet of the North 11.36 chains of said
Government Lot 2 as measured along South Indian River Drive
right of way; thence continue Northeasterly to a point on
the West shore of the~Indian River thence run Northwesterly
along the West shore of the Indian River to the Northeast
corner of the parcel herein described, LESS right of way,
said land lying in Section 36, Township 35 South, Range 40
East, St. Lucie County, Florida.
SUBJECT TO Mortgage from Grantees to First Federal Savings and
Loan Association :of Fort Pierce, dated October 14, 1980,
recorded in O. R. Book 341 at page 83 of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, in the original principal sum
of $42,000.00.

The Grantor covenants that she is the unremarried surviving spouse of
Charles E. Steele who died on September 18= 1973 and that said married
was continuous and without interruption from 1/15/73 to the date of
his death.
