Kenneth L. Stone, d/b/a Ken Stone & Son Plumbing; Bob Branscomb,
Jr., d/b/a Treasure Coast Sod; Ronald A. Bochenek, d/b/a Bochenek
Ceramic Tile; and East Coast Lumber & Supply Company, a Florida
corporation, for their failure to serve any papers on the
plaintiff or to file any papers as required by law, and the
Court being fully advised in the premises, it is, upon consideration,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That due and legal service of process has been had upon
each and every of the defendants herein; that the defaults previously
entered in this cause against the defendants Luis A. Cata and Dinarah
Cata, his wife; Kenneth L. Stone, d/b/a Ken Stone & Son Plumbing;
Bob Branscomb, Jr., d/b/a Treasure Coast Sod; Ronald A. Bochenek, d/b/a
Bochenek Ceramic Tile; and East Coast Lumber & Supply Company, a
Florida corporation, are hereby ratified and confirmed; that this
Court has jurisdiction of the subject matter of this cause and the
parties hereto; that the allegations contained in the complaint have
been proved by competent evit~ence and the equities in this cause
are with the plaintiff.
2. That the mortgage sued upon by the plaintiff in this
I; cause constitutes a valid first lien upon the property hereinafter

described and the mortgage is in default as alleged in the complaint.
3. •i°hat the reasar,able Yee ~cr services renoiered by time
` attorney for the plaintiff in this cause is in the amount of
$~~/(J ~ and this Court finds and decrees said sum
is a reasonable fee to be allowed for the services of plaintiff's
attorney, which sum is also due and owing.
~ 4. That there is due the plaintiff upon the mortgage and
promissory note secured thereby which are the subject matter of
this cause the following sums: -
