free, clear and discharged of any and all claims, liens, encumbrances,
- rights, equities and interest of the defendants, and all persons,

firms or corporations claiming by, through or under the defen ants,
the sale to be held at o'clock A. M. on the

of the Florida Statutes, as amended.
7. The Plaintiff may bid at the sale and if the plaintiff is
the successful bidder, it shall be entitled to credit on its bid up
to the full amount due under this final judgment of foreclosure.
8. After confirmation of the sale, whether confirmation be
by the Clerk filing the certificate of title or by order of this
Court ruling upon objections to such sale, the Clerk shall make
distribution of the proceeds of such sale by paying:
a. All costs and expenses of~the proceeding subsequent to
the entry of this final judgment, including the cost of publishing
the notice of sale and the Clerk's fee for making the sale and the
.costs of state documentary stamps and surtax stamps affixed to the
certificate of title. -
b. The sum herein found to be due and owing to the plaintiff

as specified in Paragraph 4 above, plus interest thereon at the
rate of ten per cent (10~) per annum from the date of this judgment
~ to the date of sale, plus all costs of this proceeding incurred

by plaintiff subsequent to the date of this judgment.
( 9. If the total amount realized on said sale exceeds the
total of the sums required to be paid by the preceding paragraph of
~ this judgment, the Clerk shall disburse the surplus as this Court
shall hereafter direct b its further order; and if the total

~ amounts realized shall not be sufficient to pay-all such sums, the
I Clerk shall first pay those amounts specified by subparagraph a.
10. Upon the confirmation of the aforesaid sale, whether by

the Clerk filing a certificate of title herein, or by order of .the
