This cause came on for trial this 3rd day of November,
19 80, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife
now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the
parties is irretrievably broken and should~be dissolved. It is
thereupon f
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLOTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the '
above named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
i
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations -
f arising therefrom.
2. RESTORATION OF NAME: MARTHA HOWARD, be
and she is hereby authorized tc assume her former name of MARTHA
t
FINNERTY, and to use the same in all respects as if '
said marriage had not intervened. ~
3. The above named parties both agree that there is no personal or rea!
property to pe_ divided.
