Respondent.
This cause came on for trial this 3rd day of November,
19 80 , and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between Che parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED ANq ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the '
above named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
I parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
t~f malrriu~c~ny heretofore existing between Irhem and £ruin tfie
obligations arising therefrom.
Z. PROPERTY: The above named parties both agree that
there is no real or personal property to be divided.
DONE AND ORDERED this ~ day of November, 1980,
