This cause came on for trial this 3rd day of November,
1980, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, #
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife
now exists between the parties; and that•the marriage between the
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the

above named persons be and the same. is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
f
' arising therefrom.
2. RESTORATION OF NAME: TERRY RODGERS HOGAN, be
E~ and she is hereby authorized tc assume her former name of TERRY DENISE
s RODGERS, and to use the same in all respects as if
said marriage had not intervened.
3. The above named parties both agree that there is no personal or real
( property to be. divided.
~ 4. That Respondent agrees to be solely responsible for the lease

on the apartment located at 3501 Don Quixote Ave. in Jacksonville, Florida and
further agrees to hold the Petitioner wholly harmless on said lease.
5. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of uch further order as may be proper.
