This cause came on for trial on November 3, 1980, and the Court
having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines:
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this
suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties;
and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and
should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the above
named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and
each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony here-
tofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of JESSICA SIGUR, age 2, born September Z,
1978, minor child of the parties, is hereby awarded to•Petitioner with
reasonable rights of visitation reserved to Respondent.
3. SUPPORT: Commencing the 7th day of November, 1980, GLENN
SIGUR, the Respondent, shall pay to SANDRA J. SIGUR, the Petitioner,
the sum of $30.00 per week for the support of the minor child named above.
4. PROPERTY: The parties hereto agree that there is no real
~ or personal property to be divided.
