~~his cause came on for trial the 3rd day of November, 1980, and
the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and
_determines: This Court has jurisdiction of-the parties and subject matter
of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife exists between the
parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the above named
persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of
them are hereby freed forever from the bonds of matrimony heretofore
existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of DONALD SPRINGER, age 8, born January 17,
1972, minor child of the parties, is hereby awarded jointly to the
Petitioner and Respondent.
F 3. PROPERTY: The parties hereto agree that there is no real or
personal property to be divided.
4. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto is retained for the entr of such further orders as ma be ro er.
