This cause came on for trial the 3rd day of November, 1980 and

the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists
between the parties; 'and that the marriage between the parties is
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The Marriage between the above
named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and
each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony here-
tofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: .Custody of MEREDITH OLSEN, age 12, born November

15, 1967, minor child of the parties, is hereby awarded to Petitioner,
BARBARA M. OLSEN, with reasonable rights of visitation reserved to Res- ~
k pondent, TORRY A. OLSEN.
Custod of KENT OLSEN, a e 16, born Jul 7, 1964, minor child

of the parties, is hereby awarded to Respondent, TORRY A. OLSEN, with
reasonable rights of visitation reserved to Petitioner, BARBARA M. OLSEN.

3. PROPERTY: The Property Settlement Agreement admitted into
evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are
ordered to comply with the provision thereof. -
4. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties here-

to is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
