be, and is hereby ordered awarded a special equity in all of the
husband's, John Whitaker, III, interest in the household furnishings
of the parties, situated in the home located at 204 North Forty-first
Street, Ft. Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, and it be, and is further
ordered that Francine A. Whitaker is awarded the sole and exclusive
ownership and possession of said household furnishings.
5. SPECIAL EQUITY: That the wife, Francine A. Whitaker,
be, and is hereby ordered awarded a special equity in all of the
ownership interest of the husband, John Whitaker, III, in the home
and real property hereinafter described which is located at 204 North
Forty-first Street, Ft. Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida. John
Whitaker, III, be, and is hereby ordered to convey all of his right.
title and interest in said home and real property to Francine A.
Whitaker, within thirty (30) days of the rendition of this Final
Judgment and if John Whitaker, III, shall fail to so convey all of
his interest in said home and real property to Francine A. ~iThitaker, ~

then this Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage shall operate as

a conveyance of all of John Whitaker, III's, right title and interest ~
in said home and real property to Francine Whitaker by operation of
