This cause came on for trial the 3rd day of November, 1980 and .
the-Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines:
This Cann has jurisdictim of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that
the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon:
ORS AND ADJLDG~ as follows
1. DIS90IiJ1'ION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between BLRNAY SIRAPP
and TI•FAPHILUS STRAPP be and the same i.s hereby dissolved, and the parties and each
of them are hereby forever freed fr® the bands of matrimony heretofore existing
between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. PROPgt'IR. There are no issues as to property whether real or
~ personal existing between the parties.
3. RESTORATION OF NAtrE. BIRNAY STRAPP be and she is hereby authorized
to assume her former name BL~tNAY HAAS and to use the same in all respects as if
said marriage had not inter~rened.
