FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 8th day of July, 1980 and
the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the
parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of
husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The marriage between HERMAN B. CHADWICK and VICKIE
' L. CHADWICK be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed from .the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obliga-
~ tions arising therefrom.
2. Custody of JAMES HERMAN CHADWICK, minor child of the
parties, is hereby awarded to the maternal grandmother, MARGIE
HAYDEN, 3550 South U. S. 1, Lot 60, Ft. Pierce, Florida, granting
to the Husband and to the Wife reasonable rights of visitation.
3. The Husband, HERMAN 8. CHADWICK, shall provide the

~ exclusive use for four months and the Husband shall be responsible
for and make all payments due thereon during said time; that at
