the end of said four-month period the Wife, VICKIE L. CHADWICK,
shall have the exclusive use, ownership and possession of said
1977 Cadillac automobile in the event she is able to make the
monthly payments then remaining due and unpaid thereon. In the
event the Wife is not able to so do, the possession of said
1977 Cadillac automobile shall be returned to the Husband and
he shall be responsible for and pay all payments then due and
remaining unpaid thereon.
4. The Wife, VICKIE L. CHADWICK, shall have the exclusive
pos~s~ssion of the mobile home-trailer in which the Wife presently i
resides in Sunshine Trailer Park and the Husband shall be res-
ponsible for and pay the outstanding lien thereon. In the event
the Wife remarries, permanently removes herself therefrom or I
permits any male person to reside in said mobile home, it shall be
sold and the proceeds therefrom shall be divided equally between
the parties hereto.
5. The Wife, VICKIE L. CHADWICK, shall not entertain any
male person in said mobile home-trailer in which she resides later

than midnight.

6. Each of the parties hereto shall be responsible for,
and pay, one of the two months' back rent due for the mobile home

parking space. ~
7. Each of the parties hereto shall be responsible for
his or her attorney's fee and costs expended in their behalf.

8. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained ~
from interfering with, harassing or annoying the other.
9. Jurisdiction of this cause and the ponies hereto is
F retained for the entry of such further orders as may b~ proper.
