This Cbttrt has jurisdicti,un of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that
,the relation of hus}~-~ncl and wife now exists between the parties; acid that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably bYOk~en and should be ciissolvled.
It is thereupon _
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between ALAN C.
ARTZ and MARTI ARTZ be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
• of matrimony heretofore existing between them and-from the obliga- ~
tions arising therefrom.
2. PROPERTY: The Separation and Property Settlement Agreement
admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference
~ and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
