CASE NO. 80-1015 FR j i IN RE: The marriage of ~ i JAMES EDWARD LANKSTER, Husband ; i and j MICHELLE LANKSTER, Wife FINAL JUDGMENT ~ This cause came on for trial the 3rd day of November, 1980 and the Court having given full consideration to all the i evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ' ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: • 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between JAMES EDWARD LANKSTER and MICHELLE LANKSTER be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby i forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing ~ between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. ~ 2. RESTORATION OF NAME. MICHELLE LANKSTER be and she C is hereby authorized to assume her former name of MICHELLE i DEBOER and to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened. 3.
