FINAL JUDGMENT ~
This cause came on for trial the 3rd day of November,
1980 and the Court having given full consideration to all the
i
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of
husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved. It is thereupon '
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
• 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between
JAMES EDWARD LANKSTER and MICHELLE LANKSTER be and the same is
hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby

forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing
~ between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
~ 2. RESTORATION OF NAME. MICHELLE LANKSTER be and she

is hereby authorized to assume her former name of MICHELLE
i
DEBOER and to use the same in all respects as if said marriage
had not intervened.
3. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby '
~ enjoined and restrained from interfering with, harassing or

annoying, the other.
~ 4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
