IN RE: The Marriage of:
BARRY P. EVANS, Husband
and
VEDA CARLEEN EVANS, Wife.
` FINAL JUDGMENT
This cause came on for trial the 4th day of November, ~
1980, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has 'urisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the ~
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved. It is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

1. The marriage between BARRY P. EVANS and VEDA CARLEEN ~
EVANS be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and 1
each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
j 2. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained

trom interfering with, harassing or annoying the other. #

I 3. The Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of Seven ~
P
Hundred ($700.00) Dollars.
4. The Husband shall be entitled to remove from the pre-
mixes owned by the Wife's parents the following-items:
~ (a) a 9-drawer dresser and a 6-drawer chest;
(b) the boxed books; ;
(c) the kitchen supplies stored in-the barn, being

the counter stove, wall oven, kitchen sink and counter tops.
These items shall be removed by the Husband's mother and/or her

agents within thirty (30) days from this date. The Husband shall
