FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 3rd day of November, 1980,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; that there are no children
born of this marriage; and that the marriage between the parties
is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon,

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
I
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between MICHAEL
I
JACK WISAN and MILLIE IRVIN ~~1ISAN be, and the same is, hereby
dissolved, and the patties and each of them are hereby forever freed
from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and
from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. STIPULATION: The Stipulation and Agreement admitted
into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the
parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
3. ~ RESTORATION OF NAME: MILLIE IRVIN WISAN be, and she is
~ hereby authorized to assume her former name of MILLIE IRVIN and to
~ use same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened.
~ 4. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
j parties hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders

as may be proper.
