It is thereupon, i ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: I 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between MICHAEL I JACK WISAN and MILLIE IRVIN ~~1ISAN be, and the same is, hereby dissolved, and the patties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. STIPULATION: The Stipulation and Agreement admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof. 3. ~ RESTORATION OF NAME: MILLIE IRVIN WISAN be, and she is ~ hereby authorized to assume her former name of MILLIE IRVIN and to ~ use same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened. ~ 4. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the j parties hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders F as may be proper.
