That the Court has jurisdiction of the parties. 2. That the-bonds of marriage between Petitioner, LINDA LEE SWING and Respondent, LOREN RAY SWING are dissolved because the marriage is irretrievably broken. ' 3. That the Property Settlement Agreement between the parties, introduced into evidence and marked as Petitioner's Exhibit ~1, was executed voluntarily after full disclosure and is ' j for the best interest of the parties and is hereb a roved and Y PP incorporated by reference into this Final Judgment and the parties ; are hereby ordered to comply with same. 4. The real and personal property of the marriage shall ~ be divided between the parties as set forth in the Property j Settlement Agreement marked as Petitioner'a Exhibit ~1. 5. Restraining Order- Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained from interferin with harassin or an - g , g noy # ing the other.- i 6.
