This cause came on for trial the 3rd day .of November,
19 80 and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the
parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband
and. wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon
ORDERED AND AD3UDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The_msrriage between the above
named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and
f each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony here-
tofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2 . CUSTODY : Custody Of TANYA HESS, age 2, born June 30, 1978, CHRISI~OPfR~t

HESS, age 9, bornlrL3y 8, 1971 and ANGQA HESS, age 7, born April 12, 1973,
minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to Petitioner,
DEBORAH s. HESS, with reasonable visitation rights
reserved to Respondent, RONALD E. HESS.
3. SUPPORT: Commencing the 7th day of November 19 80 ,
Respondent, RONALD E. HESS, shall pay to Petitioner, DEBORAH S. HESS,
the sum of $ 150.00 per month for the support of the child(ren)
named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and
by him remitted promptly to DEBORAIi S. HESS, 3246 Lennard St. Ft. Pierce, Fla. 33450.
In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as
statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All
