MACE, ) DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE Respondent. ) This cause came on for trial the 3rd day of November, 19 80 , and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this $uit; that the relation of husband and wife„now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the above named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and ii each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony here- tofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. E 2. CUSTODY: Custody~of HOLLY R. MACE, age 11, born July 20, 1969, minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to Respondent, SHIRLEY L. MACE, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to.Petitioner. I 3. SUPPORT: Commencing the 7th day of November 19 80, f Petitioner, CHARLES E. MACE, shall pay to Respa~dent, SHIRLEY L. MACE, ~ the sum of $ 150.00 per month for the support of the child(ren) f named above. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to SHIRLEY L.
