Permanent and primary custody of the minor child of the parties
together with child support in the amount set forth hereinbelow, be,
and is hereby ordered awarded to the wife , MARION D. INMAN
The name of said minor child being as follows: JENNIFER LEE INMAN,
bor January 16, 1973, age 7 years old.
Upon testimony by the husband that the husband makes
$308.04 per week , GARY D. INMAN , be, and is
hereby ordered awarded reasonable visitation rights with said child
and is further ordered to pay child support in the amount of $50.00 per week
per child beginning on NOVEMBER 7, 1980 and on the same day
of each respective subsequent time period thereafter and is further
ordered as additional child support to assist the parent having custody
in the payment of all reasonable educational, medical, dental, hospital
and orthodontical expenses. Each child support payment shall be made
by cashier's check, cash or money order, to the Clerk of this Court
and shall be promptly remitted. In addition there is hereby assessed
the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made
to the Clerk. Both the Husband and the Wife are ordered to keep the

Clerk informed .of their current mailing addresses.
Jurisdiction of this cause and of the parties hereto is re-

tained for the purpose of entering such Orders, Judgments and Process
as this Court deems proper.
SPECIAL EQUITY: That the wife, Marion D. Inman, be, and.
is hereby ordered awarded a special equity in the ownership interest
of Gary D. Inman, in the home and real property owned by parties and
located at 520 Buckingham Avenue, Melbourne, Florida, being more
particularly described as Lot 10, .Block C, Oxford Ridge Subdivision,
~ Plat Book 18, Page 89, of the Public Records of Brevard County,
Florida. Gary D. Inman, be, and is hereby ordered to convey all of
~ his right, title and interest in said home and real property•to
~ Marion D. Inman, within thirty (30) days of the rendition of this
a Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage. It is further ordered
that if Gary D. Inman shall fail to convey his interest in said home
and real property to Marion D. Inman within said time period, that
this Final Judgment shall operate as a conveyance of all Gary D. Inman's
