right title and interest in said home and real property to Marion D.
Inman. by operation of law. -
SPECIAL EQUITY: That the husband, Gary D. Inman, be, and
is hereby ordered awarded a special equity in all of the right title
and interest of the wife, Marion D. Inman, in the home and real
property located at 581 Westminister Avenue, Melbourne, Florida, being
more particularly described as Lot 20, Block C, Oxford Ridge Sub-
division, Plat Book 18, Page 89, of the Public Records of Brevard
County, Florida. The husband, Gary D. Inman, is awarded as a special
equity, sole ownership of said home and real property ,and the wife,
Marion D. Inman, be, and is hereby ordered to convey all of her right
title and interest in said home and real property to Gary D. Inman
within thirty (30) days of this rendition of Final Judgment of
Dissolution of Marriage. It be, and it is hereby further ordered
that if Marion D. Inman shall fail to convey her interest in said
home and real property to Gary D. Inman within said time period that
this Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage will operate as a
conveyance of all of Marion D. Inman's right title and interest in
said home and real property to Gary D. Inman by operation of law.
