HomeMy WebLinkAbout0797 9. CHILD CUSTODY AND SVPPORT AND RETENTION OF JURISDICTION:
Permanent and primary custody of the minor children of the parties
together with child support in the amount set forth hereinbelow, be,
and is hereby ordered awarded to the Wife , CATHY REVELS •
The names of said minor children being as follows: TIMOTHY J. REVELS,
KEVIN M. REVELS and CHRISTOPHER A. REVELS.
Upon testimony by the Wife that the Husband makes
$220.00 per week , KENNETH L. REVELS be, and is
hereby ordered awarded reasonable visitation rights with said child
and is further ordered to pay child support in the amount of $25.00
per child weekly beginning on November 7, 1980 and on the same day
of each respective subsequent time period thereafter and is further
ordered as additional child support to assist the parent having custody
in the payment of all reasonable educational, medical, dental, hospital
.and orthodontical expenses. Each child support payment shall be made
by cashier's check, cash or money order, to the Clerk of this Court
and shall be promptly remitted. In addition there is hereby assessed
the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made
to the Clerk. Both the Husband and the Wife are ordered to keep the
Clerk informed of their current mailing addresses.
Jurisdiction of this cause and of the parties hereto is re-
tained for the purpose of entering such Orders, Judgments and Process

as this Court deems proper.
5. JOINT DEBTS: That the Husband, KENNETH L. REVELS, be,
and is hereby ordered to pay and be responsible for the joint debts
of the' Husband and Wife.
