HomeMy WebLinkAbout0799 4. CHILD CUSTODY, SUPPORT AND RETENTION OF JURISDICTION:
That the wife, LOYANNA J. WOOLEY, be, and is hereby ordered awarded
custody of the minor children of the parties, towit: CATHERINE LOUISE
WOOLEY, AGE 7; LOIS ELAINE WOOLEY, AGE 6; and JACQUELINE DEE WOOLEY,
AGE 2. with reasonable rights of visitation reserved to the husband,
TONY A. WOOLEY. Upon testimoney by the husband, that he makes 5110.00
per week, TONY A. WOOLEY, be, and is hereby ordered to pay child support
in the amount of $15.00 per child, together with assisting the wife in
paying for all reasonable medical, dental, orthodontical and educational
expenses Qf the minor children. All of such payments shall be made
through the Clerk of the Circuit Court and the statutory fee of 52.00
shall be paid in addition to each payment. It be, and is hereby €urther
ordered that the obligation of the husband to pay child support under
this order shall not begin until the wife shall apply for child support
to this Court. It be, and is hereby further ordered that the child
support payments shall not begin to accrue until such .time as this Court
enters a subsequent Order upon proper application by the wife for child
support. This Court retains jurisdiction to enter such further Orders
as this Court deems just, equitable and proper.
