FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION
OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE, having come on for trial on the_3rd day of
November, 1980, upon the pleadings filed herein and the Court having
given full consideration to the Stipulation filed by the parties and
the Court having taken testimony, finds and determines: This Court
has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this suit;
that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties;
and that the marriage is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.
It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION. The marriage between LYNN SIMONDS PADGETT,
Wife, and ROBERT CHARLES PADGETT, Husband, be and the same is~hereby
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed
from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from
the obligations arising therefrom.

2. REH~`.BILITATIVE ALIMONY. The Husband is ordered to pay
the Wife, starting November 3, 1980, rehabilitative alimony of $75.00
per month far nine months. Said rehabilitative alimony and the terms
of payment shall not be modifiable by either party.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of the Circuit
Court and by him remitted promplty to LYNN LOCKS. Zn addition, thexe
~ is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to
each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash,
money order or cashiers check. Both of the parties are ordered to
