keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence
addresses at all times while this Order in in effect.
3. CHANGE OF NAME. The Wife's name shall be and it is
hereby changed from LYNN SIMONDS PADGETT to LYNN LOCKS.
4. ATTORNEY'S FEES. The Husband is hereby ordered to pay
to the Wife's attorney the sum of $500.00 toward attorney's fees which
shall be due and payable on November 3, 1980. Said sum shall be paid f

directly to the Wife's attorney, Osborne Walker O'Quinn, 201 South
Second Street, Suite 102, Fort Pierce, Florida.
