THIS cause came on for trial thel~~"R day of November, {
1980, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,

finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and ?

subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife
now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties
is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between ROBIN LYNN
NEWMAN and RAY NEWMAN be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the

~ parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
~ matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
i
arising therefrom.
~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of LAUNA NEWMAN, SUSAN NEWMAN and SHELLY
NEWMAN, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to ROBIN LYNN
I
NEWMAN with reasonable visitation rights reserved to RAY NEWMAN.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 19th day of September, 1980, RAY
NEWMAN shall pay to ROBIN LYNN NEWMAN the sum of X15.00 each and every week
for the support of the children named above.

Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and
~ by him remitted promptly to ROBIN LYNN NEWMAN. In addition there is hereby
assessed the sure of X2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment
made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or
cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this
Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times while -
this order is in effect.
