FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the day of ,
1980, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irre-
trievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. .The marriage between DIANE LEE
McCORKELL and BRIAN JOHN McCORKELL be-and the same is hereby
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
freed from the bonds~of matrimony heretofore existing between them
and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of NICOLE DAWN McCORKELL, minor child
of the parties, is hereby awarded to DIANE LEE McCORKELL with ~
~ reasonable visitation rights reserved to BRIAN JOHN McCORKELL.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the ~ day of 1980,
BRIAN JOHN McCORKELL shall pay to DZANE LEE McCORKELL the sum of
$200.00 each and every month, for the support of the child named

above .
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by
him remitted promptly to DIANE LEE McCORKELL. In addition there

is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be
added to each payment to the .Clerk. All payments shall be made
~ in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are
ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing
and residence addresses at all times while this order is in effect.
