ACKNOWLEDGMENT ANA
RATIFICATION BY GRANTEE
The undersigned being the Grantee of_ that preceding Warranty
Deed from Key Realty & Development, Inc. transferring to
the undersigned that certain real property described therein,
does hereby accept said conveyance according to the conditions
set forth in the Warranty Aeed executed pursuant thereto and
acknowledges that this conveyance is subiect to the provisions
of that certain Declaration of Party Walls, Restrictions,
Conditions, Reservations, Easements and Protective Covenants,
as recorded in Official~Records Book 337, Page 1114 through
1130, all in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
and all actions taken thereunder. The undersigned understands
that each and every provision of the aforegoing documents
is made for the benefit of all owners of parcels of property
described therein and does further hereby ratify, confirm and
approve all of said provisions; and agrees to-be bound by
all of the said provisions; and acknowledges and agrees that •
all o.f said provisions are reasonable, fair and eeuitable.
The undersigned further acknowledges and agrees that said
Declaration and the Purchase Agreement executed by the undersigned,
contain all of the warranties, representations and inducements
concerning the purchase by the undersigned of the above-described
real property.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has hereunto set its
