to the date hereof, and agree that if the Mortgagor shall fail to keep
the Property insured or to pay any premiums or pay ta~oes, assessoents,
or utilities, then the Irbrtgagee, if it so elects, may Pay-the same, and
the att~xmt so paid shall be secured by this Irbrtgage, and repaid with
interest by the r+brt~gagor within fifteen (15) days after the receipt
by I~brtgaclOr by written notice thereof. Failure to make suds payments
shall be deaned a default of the Note secured hereby in this I~brtgage.
