THIS CAUSE having come before this Court this 3rd day of
November, 1980, upon the motion of the Law Office of Harold H.
Goldman for leave to withdraw as counsel for the husband in this
action, and the Court having heard the testimony of the Petition-
ers and reviewed the evidence before it, and having found that
proper notice of this hearing has been furnished to the husband
or has been attempted at his last known address, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED
that the Law office of Harold H. Goldman is relieved from

further responsibility in this action as counsel for the husband,
BALLARD EUGENE GREEN.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED
that all further pleadings and notices in this action shall
