ORDER MODIFYING FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE, having come on to be heard before me, this date,
upon Petition of the Husband, JAMES E. HOTCHKISS, and upon Stipulation
of the parties, it is upon consideration:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Final Judgment in this cause
dated April 3, 1979, shall be amended to the tenor and effect that
the Husband, JAMES E. HOTCHKISS, shall pay no child support for the
maintenance and support of the minor child•of the parties, JESSICA
HOTCHKISS to SHIRLEY HOTCHKISS as set forth in Paragraph 3 of said
Final Judgment. All other provisions of the Final Judgment shall re-
main in full force and effect. This Court shall retain jurisdiction

of the parties and the subject matter of this suit for further Orders
as this Court may deem just.
