HomeMy WebLinkAbout0875 - SUS995 ADDENDUM TO AGREEMENT FOR DEED WHEREAS an Agreement For Deed has been executed by and between STEPHEN BLANTON, hereinafter referred to_as Vendor, and HARRY SCHOFIELD and EILEEN F. SCHOFsI~ELD, his wife, hereinafter referred to as Purchasers on the ` J~ day of d ~~0~, 1980. WHEREAS the parties wish to modify the said Agreement For Deed in the following particulars: 1. All payments called for under that certain Mortgage with First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce in the original principal amount of .$30,000.00 with an approximate balance of $29,716.22, said Mortgage being recorded in Official Records Book 302, °age 2644 of the Public Records of St..Lucie County, Florida shall be paid by the Purchasers directl to First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce and not through the Vendor herein. 2. In the event of any foreclosure of the first Mortgage herein by First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce the Purchasers herein agree to hold the Vendor harm- i i less for any Deficiency Judgment arising therefrom, attorney fees i and related costs. i ~ 3. In the event any litigation is necessary to E enforce. the terms of this contract the prevailing party shall have its costs and attorney fees paid by the non-prevailing party 4. In all other particulars except as expressly set forth herein the Agreement for Deed executed by and between I STEPHEN BX,ANTON as Vendor and HARRY SCHOFIELD and EILEEN F, SCHOFIELD, his wife as Purchasers are hereby ratified and affirm- be record- ed; and this Addendum to said Agreement for Deed shall ed in the same fashion as provided for in said Agreement for Deed IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties have set their hands and seals the day and year first above written. i i;liY R.
