THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing on the petition of the DEPARTMENT
OF HEALTH AND REHABILITATIVE SERVICES for child support and the Court having found
that said Petitioner is a proper party by virtue of an aaaignaant of rights to
child support signed by the party 1?aving custody of the dependent child(ren) and
all parties having received proper notice, it is

Rehabilitative Services, Child Support Enforcement Unit, 1317 Winewood Boulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. It is further
