Said amount shall be remitted monthly by the Clerk to the Department of Health and
Rehabilitative Services, Child Support Enforcement Unit, 2317 Winewood Boulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk ~f the Circuit Court shall and is
hereby ordered to continue to transmit support payments received frog the Defendant
until further order of Chis,Court or receipt of Notice to Discontinue Payments from
~ the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, in which event the support ~
payments shall thereafter be directed and payable to the aforesaid natural Bother or E
person-having custody of the child(ren); it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the above-named Defendant having been adjudicated
