ORDER
THIS CAUSE having case on for hearing on Intervenors Petition
for Modification of final judgment or order on child support and the Court
having reviewed the file and considered the testimony of witnesses and being
otherwise fully advised in the presises, it is
ORDERED AMID ADJUDGID that the Petition for Modification of final
judgment or order on child support shall be and the same is hereby granted;
it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that con~sencing on ~ T •
1980. the Fsther, TOMMY LEE SHAW shall pay to the
Clerk of this Court the sus of $ 35.00 per week each and every
week plus $2.00 statutory fee,
which amount shall be resifted sonthly by
the Clerk to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, Child Support
Enforceaeat Unit, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida, 32306. All
payments shall be lade in cash, money"order or cashiers check. All money orders
and cashiers checks shall bear the payees mesa and Social Security Iiumber and shall
be made payable to the CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, and sent to:

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that in addition to the aboverordered amounts the

hereby ordered to continue to transmit support payments received from the
responsible parent to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services until
further order of this Court to the contrary or receipt of Notice to Discontinue
~ Paysents from the Departsent of Health and Rehabilitative Services, in which
~ event the support payments shall thereafter be directed and payable to the person
having custody of the child(ren).
