the motion to dismiss of the defendant, KATHLEEN S. BARBER, and
after hearing on same and the Court being fully advised in the
premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the motion to dismiss of the
defendant, JOHN R. DIEHL, individually and as personal. repre-
sentative of the estate of LOUISE H. DIEHL, deceased, is

j IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the motion to
dismiss of the defendant, KATHLEEN S. BARBER, is granted as to

Counts I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII,-VIII and XI and that the
claim for punitive damages against the defendant, KATHLEEN S.

BARBER, is striken in Count IX.
