FOREMOST INSURANCE COMPANY shall provide to the Plaintiffs

either the originals or copies of the following documents:-
1. The Defendant shall make a good faith effort

and use due diligence to provide the Plaintiffs with ~
~ all information requested in Request No. 1. #

! 2. The Defendant, FOREMOST INSURANCE COMPANY, shall ~

provide all information requested in Request No. 2 insofar
as that information relates to the State of Florida.

3. The Defendant, FOREMOST INSURANCE COMPANY, shall i
provide the information requested in Request No. 3 insofar
as that information relates to the Plaintiffs, BERNARD J. ~

MURPHY and VERONICA A. MURPHY, his wife. ! 3
t 4. The Defendant, FOREMOST INSURANCE COMPANY, shall
provide the documents requested in Request No. 4 with the
exception that letters directed to or from the attorneys for ~
