executed by OCEAN HARBOUR DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Florida corporation,
to JAMES J. PARDIECK, as Trustee, dated December 22, 1976, and recorded
in Official Records Book 300, page 2023, Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, for good and valuable consideratio to him p id, eceip of which
is hereby acknowledged, hereby on this day of 1980,
