East of U.S. Highway No. 1, in Section 15, Township 35 South,
Range 40 East; said land lying and being in St. Lucie County,
Florida. -
EXCEPTING THEREFROM, rights of way for public roads, and easements ~
for telephone and telegraph lines and public utilities. ~
Subject to all easements, restrictions, reservations, dedications
and rights-of-way of record. Subject to taxes after 1979.

Grantors state that the above-described property is not the home-
stead of any of the said Grantors and that they do not reside on
property which is adjacent or contiguous thereto.
Subject to Mortgage dated October 10, 1973 from John H. Sutherland
and Mardelle E. Sutherland, his wife; Jonnie Dahlstrom and Anna
Dahlstrom; his wife; and Laura B. Hancock, a single person, to
Sun Bank of St, Lucie County, a Florida banking corporation, recorde
in Official Record Book 221, page 1185, public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida; as modified by Modification of Mortgage Agreement
dated April 19, 1976, recorded in Official Record Book 252, page 400
and as modified by Modification of Mortgage Agreement dated April 5,

John H. Sutherland, under oath, states to the best of his knowledge

Dahlstrom that he is alive, fully competent and has not revoked the
Power of Attorney granted to John H. Sutherland.
