POWER OF ATTORNEY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, JONNIE DAHLSTROM,
whose residence address is 294A Spyglass Lane, Vero Beach, Florida,
do make, constitute and appoint, and by these presents do make,
constitute and appoint JOHN H. SUTHERLAND, Vero Beach, Florida,
as my true and lawful attorney for me and in my name, place and
stead, giving and granting unto JOHN H. SUTHERLAND, said attorney,
full power and authority to do and perform all and every act and
thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done for. all intents
and purposes, as I might or could do if I were personally present. j

as my attorney shall deem fit and proper; and hereby ratify-
ing and confirming all such acts that my said attorney shall
lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
