This is a Alrchase Boney Second Mortgage and is subject to and inferior
to that certain Mortgage dated October 10, 1973 from John H. Sutherland
and Mardelle E. Sutherland, his wife; Jonnie Dahlstrom and Anna Dahlstrom,
his wife; and Laura B. Hancock, a single person, to Stm Bank of St. Lucie
County, a Florida banking corporation, recorded in official record book 221,
page 1185, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, on May 30, 1973, in
the original amount of $100,000.00; and the mortgagor of this Mortgage does
hereby agree that they will keep the aforesaid Mortgage in good standing.
