AFFIDAVIT
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
Before me the undersigned authority personally appeared
GENE D . DAVIS
well known to me, who first being duly sworn and cautioned, did
depose and say as follows:
1. This Affidavit relates to the following described property,
lying and being situate in ST. LUCIE County, Florida:
Lots 14 and 15, SORORA SUBDIVISION, according to the plat
thereof as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 41, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. Your Affiant was married to EVELYN DAVIS, and together with
"such spouse acquired title to the above described property, as an
estate by the entirety, said estate having been created_by deed
dated October 31, 1979 and recorded in Official Records Book
number 319 at page 1935, in the Fublic Records of the County wherein
said lands are situate. Your Affiant and said spouse were married to
each other prior to the date of execution and delivery of said
.deed and remained married to each other continuously,.from that
date up to and including the date of this Affidavit. E
