Before me, the undersigned authority personally appeared,

well known to me, who first being duly swoin and cautioned, .did
depose and say as follows: j
1. This Affidavit relates to the fallowing described 1
property, lying and being situate in St. Lucie County, Florida;
Lots 14 and 15 in SORORA SUBDIVISION as per plat
thereof on file in Plat Book 10, at Page 41,
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. Your Affiant is one and the same person as the CINDY
FUZZARD who was the Grantee in those certain deeds which are
recorded in O.R. Book 2R1 at page 2609, O.R. Book 281 at page
2610, O.R. Book 281 at page 2611, and O.R. Book 281 at page 2612
and the CYNTHIA C. FUZZARD who was the Grantor in a deed which
is recorded in O.R. Book 294 at page 1619. _
3. Your Affiant states that the above described property
was not her homestead on August 7, 1978 nd was~n fact, improved
