In the event of default under any prior mortgage by mortgagors
herein, such default shall be an automatic self-executing default
of this second mortgage, and Mortgagee shall be entitled to make
payment to cure any first mortgage default and add all such sums
i so paid to cure this second mortgage and, in the event of such
default, accelerate this second mortgage and note thereunder.
